Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Broneah Kiteboarding has established a fair and ethical cancellation policy for all our camp and lesson programs. The policy is the same for all Broneah Kiteboarding Camp and Lesson programs. The following points cover all incidences that may occur for any camp or lesson:

Customer Cancellation-
If you cancel within four weeks of the scheduled camp date you will receive a camp/store credit for a later date within the same camp period (ie: summer, winter, fall). If you cancel for any reason within 2 weeks of the camp date you will receive no refund for any reason, but will be given the opportunity to switch your camp date for a $100 service fee. Camps require reservations due to limited availability; if you cancel your reservation right before a camp you are taking away one spot on the camp that we may not have sufficient time to fill.

Broneah Cancellation-
If Broneah Kiteboarding cancels any camp or lesson for any reason at all, whether it be due to weather related issues or other, the customer will be subject to either a rescheduled camp or lesson of equal value, or can choose for a full refund of the camp or lesson.

Weather Related Issues-
As we all know kiteboarding is fully dependent on the wind and weather. We work hard to schedule camps and lessons at the best possible times we can to try and assure for both good wind and weather. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather in any way. Therefore there will be no refunds of any kind due to weather related issues during a camp or lesson. Our goal is to do the most we can with the weather we are given for that particular lesson or camp.

Shipping Policy:

We offer FEDEX ground shipping on all orders, with a tracking number.  Please no PO box orders.  Standard ground shipping is the best shipping method for environmental impact.  If you have to use expedited shipping please contact our sales department, broneah@broneah.com

Shipping Method-
All shipping prices are based on a per item fee, as many items are different sizes and weights.  Shipping total will be added upon checkout on a per item basis.

(3-7 business days)
All US addresses.

Shipping Holidays-
Broneah Mail Order and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:

New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Day
Presidents’ Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

OUT OF CONTINENTAL USA SHIPMENTS:

We do not offer FREE SHIPPING on any out of the continental USA or country shipments.  There will be a $50 handling fee plus the fee for shipment on all orders outside of the continental USA.

Returns and Exchanges-
Full refund within 7 days of purchase
Exchange/Shop credit within 14 days of purchase

Broneah accepts returns and exchanges at our retail location at 121 E. Front Street, Suite 103 Traverse City, Michigan, as well as through the mail. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES with shippingis about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund or exchange; without a receipt from either www.broneah.com or the Broneah Store on 125 E. Front St, we will be not be able to issue any refund or exchange of the product.

With all mail in returns/exchanges please include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, email, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Broneah Inc cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, return the product to you or issue you store credit.
