Name: Jasper Meddock
Position: Coach
Bio: I first saw kiteboarding about 7 years ago in Islamorada, FL. The very first time I saw it I knew I had to do it. My dad bought me my first kite and board and from there I was hooked. Kiteboarding has taken me all over the place, including Hawaii, the Outer Banks, South Padre Island, and good old Lake Superior. To say that kiting has changed my life would be a vast understatement. I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth this May and am teaching at Broneah as part of a formal internship for my degree in Outdoor Recreation Education. Matt and Keegan were extremely accommodating to me in getting me all set up and going for the summer and I’m super stoked to spend the next 3 months in MI. Kiting at our spot in Petobego is unreal and rivals any kiting I have seen anywhere else. I look forward to sessions all over M-22 and Petobego this summer and sharing kiting with all the students who come in for lessons!
